RL is one of the least purchased items that I've seen which I think is because of a few things:
1. Fighting early is somewhat discouraged due to the low soul bounty; it's better to farm
2. Divine Barrier does essentially the same thing, but unconditionally

If the wall behind the target is far away the issue is less severe though there are distances where it can occur
Most heroes have issues when shooting an enemy within 5m. The closer you are the more the trajectory gets pulled towards the left.

Some people have reported having this issue for over a year but recently in the past few days it's become a lot more common. I guess there was a Linux update on Steam this week which sounds like they are rolling out the changes to more people.

This started happening after the delay to orb denying was added. It looks like the reaction time is whatever the delay is, e.g. 100ms delay shows up as 200ms reaction time instead of 300ms like it does for green orbs.
The wording doesn't make it clear but the +weapon dmg is only for the target. It's not that when someone is nearby you gain +25% weapon damage. In the recording, I am close enough to the dummy to gain the dmg bonus, but that dmg bonus doesn't apply to Infernus who is a few meters behind it. It...

When I change the quick cast mode for hero abilities from this dropdown
