Whenever I solo queue as an NA player I consistently end up in Amsterdam or London. Its extremely frusterating to play a team based fps game with 100+ ping as well as with teammates that unfortunately do not understand me well.

+1 Same thing happens to me, it appears when abilities are being used/increased particles so that might have something to do with it

After this update whenever a hero uses an ability near me my screen gets all laggy despite ingame and steam FPS counter staying at 60fps and ping not changing. Somewhat self explaintory. When meleeing as Calico it bugs out the animation and causes movement despite not pressing any other movement keys. Video below is of me as Calico holding Q and nothing else.
