please, for my sanity's sake, NERF SHIV!!! 28% life threshold is wayyyyyy to high, and he takes no damage whatsoever, from bullets, spirit, even the guardians and walkers are useless when facing him... they REALLY need to do something to make shiv more balanced.
It is such a "no skill" character...
