When Spectating Bebop the ult uses the viewing player's name for T3 upgrade text

This was in my favor, but horrible matchmaking. I was directing the team to different points/obj so I am not sure if it was just me, but awful matchup.

This doesn't make sense as it is a melee/movement ability not a target select/damage ability. Also this should go inside of the hero ideas thread
