Same here. i7-9700, 4060, 32 GB ram. Happens to me constantly. Normally 80 fps, then it can plummet to 10-30 fps with seemingly no cause, just happens randomly.
Anytime I change video settings while in a match my FPS tanks and nothing will fix it until I restart the game client. Normally I'll have 60-80 FPS and it can go as low as 10-30
