Try using the real ip lol. VPN tends to do this stuff and gets you perma ban in closed alpha games. Remember you are not a player but a tester

EU servers are facing a lot of jitter and spikes which in the end disconnects the user. I don't think its an user end issue rather a server issue but lets hope devs fix it soon.
