I believe you need to invite the friends to hte party just go into the Private Match With Bots and that's all. I don't know if you can remove bots, maybe try: bot_quota 0 Or something

I forgot to add, to check some server things connections etc in console just type: status It doesn't show the IP or port info tho but maybe because the game is still not released yet.
