The Moirai, AKA The Fates, are a classic concept from Greek myth, and the motif of three women spinning thread as a metaphor for fate is pretty iconic.

I think I would rather balance it by reducing the slow resist or reducing the overall duration, rather than giving the item two separate buffs with different durations. I'm sure the devs will have their own thoughts if they do find this item concept interesting. Slow resist on more items, and...
Instead of the complicated procedure of removing only certain aspects of debuffs, maybe it would be simpler to just have the dash-jump grant you a big slow resist (maybe 100%?) for the duration
