    idn bug it is or it should be like this i know that trashhold is 75 but Seven ULT with 260 DPS not proc Witchmail bcs it did small ticks with 40 damage like 3-5 time in a second withc couse a LOT of dmg and still not proc Witchmail Same sistuation with his 3 and 1 ability
