A new Tier 2 Stamina Related Item. wip name "Stamina Recovery"
Tier 2 vitality item, Stamina Recovery: I'd like this item to have a passive that increases stamina recovery time when you're out of combat. I want an item like this because I like the movement system a lot and buy extra stamina every match, but upgrading it to a tier 3 item requires too much...- isleafon
