Ever since about two weeks ago (august 16th-ish, before the new hero update it took longer to frame drop and started at 30 minutes instead), every round I play, at around 15 minutes the game drops from ~75fps to ~20fps and then to ~10fps until i restart the game. It then comes back 10 minutes...
