Viscous ult does not stun/damage targets affected by Paradox's kinetic carbine (3). Possibly related, but it did not stun/damage targets recently affected by Infernus' ultimate either. Match ID 3113828 21:10 and 26:00 respectively

Most noticeably impacts: -Leveling up skills with alt + number -Assigning items hotkeys from shop (can no longer press the key, have to click on the corresponding key's box)
