Me and a couple of my friends have the same issue, it seems to happen when you have high ping or ping spikes

After the hero update the game has started to freeze mid-match and after a minute or so of nothing - crash. It happens to me in about a third of my games but seems to happen more often when you have higher ping. My friends also have this problem, some of them have only their screen freeze, so...
