Update, I can send chats without issue when a game is paused and a few seconds afterward. But otherwise, can't message.

I don't use voice chat (other then listening to the team) so I can't comment on that but I am unable to use the regular chat. I can open up the chat menu and type out a message but the bubble never comes up to show that it sent. I am assuming its not sending but it could be the bubble just not...
