This guy was reported in game for spamming slurs unprovoked, but he's one of the most common players you encounter in SEA. It's clear that your in-game report system is NOT working and need a serious overhaul.

Because slurs are acceptable to these people - they tell on themselves and want to keep reporting as broken as it is so they don't get banned.
