While that's entirely possible, it's the fact I've seen zero commends at all in over 20-30 matches that makes me think this is bugged for sure. I will say the commend button is harder to find for the opposite team compared to the previous UI, agreed.

Just to say that I've also noticed this since the major patch was dropped. Only seems to show for party members commending you.
