Cannot move the cursor off from the monitor the game is on onto a secondary or tertiary display while there's tutorial UI on screen. E.g. the screen stating: "Welcome to Hero Training" does not allow me to do so.

I use a MX Master 3S with my computer, which has a freescroll scroll wheel. When I free scroll in the settings menu, the the controls which are on screen initially disappear when free scrolling, and all the other controls are populated. It makes the UI not feel entirely smooth when scrolling...
