that's a voice changer running very poorly not deadlock.

In hideout this tends to happen in the console and it either crashes my game/freezes my game/makes my game run at less than 1 fps.

Whenever I launch the game sometimes after being in the hideout for a short time (no matter if I queue or not) the game sends me back to this screen and freezes. I can still hear ambient noise in the background but only get this screen. The steam GUI & Deadlock UI top right freezes too.

If it is thrown on elevation it shows fire on the ground but does no damage.
