This issue is still ongoing for me and it is happening in my current Match 40776182 on ShiV
My slice and dice and ult are intermittently just not doing anything
I push the button and see the animation at the bottom of the toolbar depress but the ability never goes off.
Hi @kidgrit yes, this is issue was very similar to the other thread you shared.
I have played 3 games since with no issue but still worth investigating

1st match couldn't use cat all game. I added an additional keybind and did not fix.
2nd match I was able to use cat and the ability suddenly became unresponsive and wouldn't register I was pressing 3.
I disconnected and was able to use Ava again.
