I think this was an old bug that has been reintroduced. I'm also noticing it.

When I'm going up or down while flying in this patch sometimes it feels like I either descend or ascend much slower then I should be. I typically notice this while strafing in the air most notably with diagonal movement perhaps. There were no changes in the patch notes regarding movement during...
