Reinstalling the game didn't work

I tried that, didn't work. I will try out just reinstalling the game. BTW, launching the street test map, or some other custom maps, through the console command doesn't work either.

I had this problem ever since I started playing, but whenever I try to access the Sandbox I get this I even turned off my VPN because I heard it helps.
