Here in Brazil 'Chico' its just a nickname for 'Francisco'. So they made a joke with 'Francisco Teixeira' or 'Chico T.'
It's kinda funny but as we already discuss in another topic names which sounds like names should not be translated.
I dont think it is useless - or semi-useless. He is giving his feedback about who is 'good' to do a direct translation and who isnt. And we are trying to keep it in one topic.
Many heroes has more than one translations to portuguese. I dont know about other languages but i think it is the same...

in a multiplayer online game all translations must be accessible to understand the context of everything who should be called in a online match.

About Walkers: in PT-BR i think the best words is 'Vagante' or 'Errante'. 'Errante' is an uncommon word - i think many people doesnt even know what it means but 'Vagante' is way more common and keep the same idea of Walker.
About Pocket: It's pretty hard to choose but...
