How are you confused about this? The idea is that people have their final build online from the start of the game instead of having to play/farm for it. It's probably a less "interesting" way to play to some people, but to others getting owned by the shitty matchmaking in this game, I'd imagine...

Fair enough. It is only one match in an unreleased game though. I'd rather just play more games :D

Yeah it is

Just finished first game after the "abandon" from test hero. Seemed like a normal game, and I have play back again as normal on the menu. Weird bug, but looks like this fixed it, and I couldn't tell if I actually got any penalty.

FWIW I went into test hero, and then left the game (abandoning it with penalty in the process) and it has restored the menu with the "play" option. Currently queing up to see what happens. I should also add it now shows my last game as "lost" even though we won.

I also have this problem right now. We finished a game, got the usual match end screen, and the "deadlock network offline" message displayed at the menu screen, and instead of Play is Rejoin. I clicked rejoin and could rejoin the server with a few others who did the same thing. The game instance...

You misspelled "necessary" :D

Same same same. I love autobuy but being unable to cancel and having to sell stuff just to keep playing the game sucks too much.
