The 25% ability cooldown reduction from Superior Cooldown overwrites the cooldown reduction from Compress Cooldown.

Sanemi is a cheater indeed and a very egregious one at that.

See attached clips. The item builder, (1) when deselecting a category in the item builder other categories randomly inherit its name, and then (2) simply stops working forever. This persists after closing the shop, rejoining the lobby, restarting the game and even after updating the game. Thanks,
