I'll throw a match ID into the mix too! Happened around 40 or so minutes after a Rejuvenator was taken. Unfortunately happened during our comeback, and the megacreeps took our patron lol.

A similar issue happened with Calico's leap ability when she was fully incorporated into matchmaking. I don't know if that was ever fixed with her. You need to cast the Tornado ability again, and that will fix the buggy animation lock. Unfortunate when that happens in the middle of a fight...
Made an account just to bump this, as I'm now experiencing the same problem. Started after a small 4.3kb update that happened today. I didn't have the issue during a game I played a few hours prior.
