+1 Also I've always been put into EU servers unless specifically saying I want to play on e.g. NA, but after a days break for work, today I seem to only queued into RU servers? Or at least tracklock.gg is reporting them as RU matches the ones that's been captured, when I would expect EU servers.

Exactly, safe to abandon matches should not count in any way or show up in match history. Now could it be that they don't actually count in the background? Maybe, but it still skews your matchmaking history and the stats for the hero you played with in that match. Just had a match where someone...
