An item already exists that has an active removing all non-ultimate buffs from an enemy, including barriers: Another method I personally enjoy is using items like Curse and Silence Wave on Paige, which prevents her from casting her abilities for a short duration.

Seconded. I seem to notice a lot of issues particularly in blue lane where the center of the lane dips. Other than that generally stairs or similar small ledges seem to cause a lot of issues.
