Probably not a cheat. Point blank heavy melee right in front of him with no visual stimulus. It's def harder to tell with the clip in slow mo tho

For a shield resist shred item to exist, it would have to be 3k+ with slightly better stats, way less resist shred (~10%), and only shred one type of shield. Shield stacking really only becomes strong once you can refresh them with veil walker, so having a shield resist shred on a 1250 item...

Does this mean that your bullet will do it's original bullet damage + the additional spirit damage of this item? Also, does reducing the remaining cd refer to the cd of the item? If yes to both, I feel like this would be really broken on build-up heroes/builds, gun builds, and shotgun heroes...

I don't think adding items really solves the issue of low elo players not farming efficiently. They don't farm because they don't know when they should, not because they don't have the means. I feel like the only way for this item to be worth 3k is if the objective shred is just ridiculously...

Add a max frequency and I think this would be really cool. A lot of characters can apply 4+ debuffs instantly so this item would be really strong if debuff remover isn't needed.
