    Setup: skill level 2 Haze passive (spirit damage every 20 stacks), get an enemy to 19 stacks, then headshot them to 21. What happens: They tick up to 21 stacks and take bullet damage What should happen: They tick up to 21 stacks and take bullet damage and spirit damage.
