vexing bolt redirect is buggy with arcane surge, is only work when dash-jump and use vexing bolt and dash-jamp again and redirect vexing bolt before landing on the ground.
surge of power does not work at all on the stolen ability.
arcane surge ability range buff is buggy, it show you have more range but then you use at max range it dont work and you no longer have the range buff.
