whenever pocket is shrink ray'd, their 2 will always get stuck in the floor unless they jump.

just tested in explore nyc (with buy anywhere off) and can confirm that it works

as the title says, if a player mantles with billy ult the chain snaps. if billy is still in range the chain re-applies, but otherwise its an extremely easy way to avoid his ult.
