Note: My friend didn't abandon the match and just waited 5+ minutes, where he didn't get a ban. Hope this helps

Hi, I tried to join a game with a friend and the server was unjoinable, we found a game were it was stated me and my friend couldn't connect to the server after trying to rejoin multiple times I eventually abandoned the match and received a 6 hour ban. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
