Sometimes when getting an assist, the player's screen turns grey, the exact same effect that happens when a player gets killed in game, but for some reason is triggered for players who get the assist as well.

The video below is from February 12th but I guarantee it still occurs in recent matches, I've only gotten to upload this one today.
It seems to always be in this region in either of the side lane's walkers, around that slope on the road.
Before the last big update, McGinnis' gun showed a white circle around the aim reticle that would fill up as her gun kept shooting, indicating to the player how much of the gun was "wound up".
The circle still shows up, but only when releasing the shooting button. Not sure if this is intended...

As of the recent large update(s), McGinnis Spectral Wall sometimes will just disappear halfway its casting period, making the wall virtually never erupt, at least not in the playable space.
