For anyone looking into this it just happened to me as well. I was Lash in the enemy base at the end of the game, went for a heavy melee right when Kelvin used his ult and i was pushed under the map where I was able to attack and shoot but not escape. Match ID 40525431 I spend the last 2 minutes...
