Update: uninstalling the game and then downloading it again from Steam seemed to improve FPS for me and my friend. I am no longer having such stutters, and his FPS is back to how it was before.

I've noticed a drop in FPS too since last patch. Also, my game is stuttering more frequently when skills are used/people are fighting. A friend, with a lower spec, can't mantain his game FPS higher than 50. Before the update, his fps was higher than 60, even reaching 80 in some areas/game...
