Shiv ult sent me out of bounds
Match ID 2011432 21:30 Don't know how to recreate it but I got propelled upwards out of bounds after ulting Talon. Might have been caused by me hitting the wall while going for the execute- ExorKing

Lower bullet velocity on hit
Having an early item that could lower bullet velocity on hit could be cool for countering people stealing your souls. Don't know how good that would be on paper though- ExorKing
