As of the most recent patch, the tooltip states that Viscous's Splatter scales at 1.8x.
However, the scaling is actually at it's previous value of 1.77x.
(At 1.8x scaling, I would expect it to be 124 damage additional damage. This seems consistent with its previous value of 1.77x)

When I buy Healing tempo as Lash, my Flog doesn't proc the Healing Tempo buff despite being a source of healing. This is despite it proccing off similar effects such as Geist's Life Drain and Mo's Scorn. Is this an intended interaction? It feels counter-intuitive if so, and bugged if not.
Before this patch, I had pretty reasonable loading times after finding games, maxing out at 15-20 seconds.
Now they can be upwards of 1 minute. I just had a game that timed out with me still stuck on the loading screen.
Is anyone else getting this issue? Are there settings that will fix this?
