Starting recently I have been getting periods of intense frame drops during the game. Every 5-10 seconds the video will freeze for 500-1000ms. It lasts for about 5 minutes then goes away. This did not happen before and abruptly began recently.

I had a match finish right as the servers when down, and when I rebooted the client I was able to rejoin the completed match in an empty server. there is no UI but all the creeps are still there
