I just had that bug from my last game. And watching replay also shows many Xs. I quit the game client, verified game files but nothing shows as inconsistent. But when I restart the game, I don't see Xs any more. So, I guess not a game file issue. It's somewhere it bugged.

They should just remove the leave ban and fix it before it hurt more players. Also, those ban increases every time it happens. They also need to reset those timers.
