if the devs are going to implement restrictions against eternus partying
i dont understand why they would not crack down on smurfing
the geist acc "ooesess" its a smurf acc w E6 ruinning the matchmaking

I have fps issues, in the past i had like 120 fps average and now i have around 50 fps
as far as i know the only thing that changed was the update
on teamfights this number drops easily below 50 making the game barely playable
