turning adaptive sync in my system setting to "auto" and enabling it in game has seemed to remove the issue, and i am 5 games in and no crashing yet

okay issue lied dormant for 3 games and now it is back

i seems to have fixed it, what worked for me was turning anti-aliasing to None
