This happened to me in a live game tonight - Match ID 68329060, around 8:30.

Interesting - I think mine happened when I was mantling up a ledge, so I wonder if it has to do with it hitting during some sort of hero state change.

Happened to me too just tonight, thankfully was right at the end of the match though. Match ID 63727784, right around 36:45.

Wanted to report in that my duos buddy has been getting this ever since the Billy patch, which means now I'm down a duo buddy because he got low prio'd, which means now I'm also not going to be playing for a while because I hate soloqueuing. Please fix this one Valve!
