THANK YOU! Found it! Match ID 15735119 Time 27:24 and does it again not even pretending anymore towards the end.

That's one other thing. There's no match history menu in the game so I also can't find the match ID where I too saw a cheat being used (a Vindicta was teleporting across the map in the sky while shooting at me (not the item teleport this had zero cooldown whatsoever).
