I wholeheartedly agree! I was in a game where enemy Haze had it and it was just unfair in teamfights when she activated her ult. A cooldown before applying the silence effect would be a great change.

I think a short stun instead of the movement slow would benefit Yamato more, It would also fix some issues where Yamato can grab onto let's say Dynamo when he uses his 2nd skill and still fly towards him. Either the stun or a silence for 0.5 second after arriving would be more balanced. Or...
