Since the update that reduced ability heal from 30 to 27 for this item it is not showing as healing stat in stats. It used to right after %30 heal buff. But nerf bugged it and its bugged ever since. To decide if item is good enough on my hero I need to see that stat.

Idk if this always used to be the case but bullet and spirit resilience actives doesn't stack diminishingly and you get 60 resist while frenzy doesn't give 40 when active and stacks diminishingly. I don't think this kind of inconsistency should exist in game.
