When you use Mystic Reverb its passive only does half the damage of your intial hit from Burrow. In the clip my Burrow does 30-31 dmg per tick, when Reverb procs it only does 16 dmg. Instead of it calculating ur total damage for Burrow and doing 50% of that, it just does 50% of the first hit you...
