Confirming that I'm also still experiencing it and it definitely isn't a keyboard issue. Even ingame, you're able to write in chat as normal without any letters repeating, despite the character walking in one direction as if there was a repeated input.

This would be so helpful, making changes to builds is currently very annoying if you're trying to keep items in buy order. Additionally, dragging entire categories would also be great.

Whenever I hold down my Alt key and use directional inputs, there's a chance my character ends up randomly dashing in this direction. My dash is bound to Shift and I no longer have any other interaction bound to Alt anymore either due to the issues it was causing when leveling abilities. Yet...

Confirming that mousewheel up/down doesn't work for reloads. It works for other inputs such as ping or cancel. Middle mouse button itself works for reload, but mousewheel up would feel better.
