Basically 2 Ideas:
Bulleteater: Lets you consume the remaining bullets of your weapon to heal yourself but gives you the penality of disarming yourself for a certain time
Souleater: Consume 50% of your current souls as health ( Very high cooldown ). 1 Soul = 1 Health . Instead of cheating...

+20 % Melee Resist
+1% Parry Cooldown ( so you have a longer parry cooldown )
+10 % Melee Damage
Effect: Perform a Dropkick ( with Jump + Q in the right timing ( similar timing to dash jump ) ) to kick an opponent away from you
Damag of Dropkick scales with your melee damage...
