I have 92 games since mina launched and have gotten 5 games as a new hero. In my last 50 games with doorman on high prio, and 3 other characters selected. I am only able to get them if i guarantee it with a 4 stack. Since mina's release, I have gotten a new hero 5 times. All 5 with a party...
