I got banned for a couple hours because when I queued I coincidentally clicked test hero on paradox's hero page. And got stuck in the training area not being brought into the match I queued for. So when I left "testing range" I got banned because I technically left the match I got queued for.

I invited my friend through the games interface, and when he got the email to join deadlock he denied it. But it was an accident and he's been wanting to play but I can't invite him even through other friends who have access.
